Access Control

We like to refer to is as the 'electronic bouncer'.

We’re living that lanyard life. Access control systems are the silent gatekeeper of the office. No badge? No entry.

It’s a simple tap-and-go system that keeps your gear safe and saves you from having to change the locks every time someone loses a key.

Just don't forget your pass at home, or you'll be stuck waving through the glass hoping a coworker takes pity on you.

Fire Alarm Systems

Think of the fire system as the building’s nervous system. We’ve got these smart little sensors tucked into the ceilings of every room that are constantly sniffing the air for trouble.

They do all the worrying so we don’t have to. If they detect smoke or heat, they don't just beep—they shut down the elevators, unlock the doors, and scream loud enough to wake the dead. It’s basically a 24/7 bodyguard that lives in the ceiling.

It’s the one system in the building you hope never to use, but you’re really glad it’s there when you need it.

CCTV

It’s a passive system that monitors the perimeter and key entry points.

Think of it as a silent witness that never blinks. It gives you a live feed of who is coming and going and keeps a record of everything, so if anything weird happens, you’ve got the receipts.
